Q.: How to achieve the Reality?
N.: By knowing oneself. Without Knowledge of the Self, the Reality, or the supreme Brahman, is not realized. By Knowledge of the Self, the Reality stands self-revealed. The purpose of the scriptures and their meaning, and the purpose of practice and such, is ultimately to know oneself. Oneself should not be considered to be the small, individual being. That is just an imagined limitation, or an idea, superimposed upon the Reality of the Self. The Self should be known as it is.
