Initial silence is followed by spiritual instruction on the self-existent, self-evident nature of the Self. Dialogues on inquiry to know one’s true Existence, the Knowledge of Atman and Brahman, freedom from attachment and the realization of the Self of all, and other spiritual topics. Concludes with a recitation in Sanskrit and English of verses from Chandogya Upanishad and in Tamil from chapter 42 of the Song of Ribhu.
