2019-03-31: Spiritual Instruction

Initial silence is followed by spiritual instruction on the one Self. Dialogues on freedom from thought, experience, the unreality of thought, pure Consciousness, Brahman, freedom from the forms of ignorance, and other spiritual topics. Followed by recitations in Sanskrit and English of verses from the Taittiriya Upanishad and in Tamil from chapter 4 of the Song of Ribhu.
