Description
Initial silence is followed by spiritual instruction about the knowledge of the Self. Dialogues on the Brahman nature of the Self, sensations and mental imagery and Self-inquiry, the nonobjective knower and other spiritual topics. Concludes with a recitation in Sanskrit and English of verses from the Avadhuta Upanishad and in Tamil from chapter 15 of the Song of Ribhu.
