Description
Initial silence is followed by spiritual instruction on the changeless, attributeless existence of the Self, awareness and the senses, being ardent in one’s spiritual practice, and other spiritual topics. Concludes with a recitation in Sanskrit and English of verses from Svatmanirupanam and in Tamil from the Song of Ribhu chapter 1.
