Description
Initial silence is followed by spiritual instruction on Self-Knowledge, Dialogues on freedom from grasping, Existence and delusion, experiential spiritual knowledge, and other spiritual topics. Followed by recitations in Sanskrit and English of verses from the Upadesha Sahasri and in Tamil from chapter 10 of the Song of Ribhu.
