Description
Initial silence is followed by spiritual instruction on Existence, Self-Realization, and Self-inquiry. Dialogues on Isvara and Brahman, misidentification, thinking and Knowledge, no other “I,” freedom from the labyrinth of illusion, and other spiritual topics. Followed by recitations in Sanskrit and English of verses from the Upadesha Sahasri and in Tamil from chapter 15 of the Song of Ribhu.
