Description
Initial silence is followed by spiritual instruction on Knowledge of the Self. Dialogues on thought and bliss, “being aware” contrasted with Self-inquiry, seeking and striving, and other spiritual topics. Followed by recitations in Sanskrit and English of verses from the Upadesha Sahasri and in Tamil from chapter 17 of the Song of Ribhu.
