Description
Initial silence is followed by spiritual instruction on what is natural and happiness. Dialogues on happiness, the natural state, religious bhava, and other spiritual topics. This is followed by a recitation in Sanskrit and English of verses from the Mandukya Upanishad and Karika of Gaudapada and in Tamil from chapter 24 of the Song of Ribhu.
