Description
Initial silence is followed by spiritual instruction on the existence of the Self. Dialogues on detachment, intensity of spiritual practice, and other spiritual topics. This is followed by a recitation in Sanskrit and English of verses from the Upadesa Sahasri and in Tamil from chapter 28 of the Song of Ribhu.
