Description
Initial silence is followed by spiritual instruction on the prefect fullness of Brahman. Dialogues on freedom from thought by knowledge of the knower, freedom from ego-tendencies by effort in spiritual practice, and other spiritual topics. This is followed by a recitation in Sanskrit and English of verses from the Chandogya Upanishad and in Tamil from chapter 34 of the Song of Ribhu.
