Description
Initial silence is followed by spiritual instruction on one’s identity as the Self. Dialogues on freedom from thought and happiness, nonobjective inquiry and concentration on the “I” thought, Self-inquiry and the thought of Bhagavan, and other spiritual topics. Followed by recitations in Sanskrit and English of verses from the Upadesha Sahasri and in Tamil from chapter 12 of the Song of Ribhu.
