Description
Initial silence is followed by spiritual instruction on the nondual nature of the Self. Dialogues on the ego, ignorant thought, the soul and God, no diffaculty, and other spiritual topics. Followed by recitations in Sanskrit and English of verses from the Upadesha Sahasri and in Tamil from chapter 12 of the Song of Ribhu.
