Description
Initial silence is followed by spiritual instruction on the Self’s true nature of Sat-Chit-Ananda, Being-Consciousness-Bliss. Dialogues on the essence of the teaching, freedom from thought, and other spiritual topics. This is followed by a recitation in Sanskrit and English of verses from the Upadesa Sahasri and in Tamil from chapter 25 of the Song of Ribhu.
