Description
Initial silence is followed by spiritual instruction on the Knowledge of Reality and the unreal nature of ignorance. Dialogues on Brahman and all, thoughts and Consciousness, and other spiritual topics. This is followed by a recitation in Sanskrit and English of verses from the Upadesa Sahasri and in Tamil from chapter 26 of the Song of Ribhu.
