Description
Initial silence is followed by spiritual instruction on the limitless happiness of the Knowledge of the Self. Dialogues on the peace of detachment, freedom from thoughts, the end of ignorance, and other spiritual topics. This is followed by a recitation in Sanskrit and English of verses from the Brihadaranyaka Upanishad and in Tamil from chapter 32 of the Song of Ribhu.
