Initial silence is followed by spiritual instruction on Knowledge of the nature of Existence. Dialogues on happiness-identity-reality, karma and freedom from it, and on other spiritual topics. Concludes with a recitation in Sanskrit and English of verses from the Bhagavad Gita and in Tamil from chapter 44 of the Song of Ribhu.
