Description
Initial brief silence is followed by spiritual instruction in dialogues on Self-inquiry, desire and manifestation, thoughts and transcendent peace, freedom from misidentification with the body, the power of jnana, the supreme Brahman, and on other spiritual topics. Concludes with a recitation in Sanskrit and English of verses from the Bhagavad Gita and in Tamil from chapter 1 of the Song of Ribhu.
