Description
Initial silence is followed by spiritual instruction on Self-Knowledge. Dialogs on Self-inquiry and thoughts, freedom from suffering, and one’s true state, and other spiritual topics. Concludes with a recitation in Sanskrit and English of verses from the Avadhuta Upanishad and in Tamil from chapter 6 of the Song of Ribhu.
