Initial silence is followed by spiritual instruction on Self-Knowledge and destruction of the ego-notion. Dialogues about the repetition of ignorance, the fleeting nature of delusion, one Self, destruction of the tendency to misidentify with one’s ideas, and other spiritual topics. Concludes with a recitation in Sanskrit and English of verses from the Ashtavakra Gita and in Tamil from chapter 11 of the Song of Ribhu.
