Initial silence is followed by spiritual instruction about Release and the Self. Dialogues on the “I” and the dreamed scene, jivanmukti, Self-inquiry and existence, and other spiritual topics. Concludes with a recitation in Sanskrit and English of verses from the Avadhuta Upanishad and in Tamil from chapter 14 of the Song of Ribhu.
