Initial silence is followed by spiritual instruction about the self-evident nature of Existence-Consciousness-Bliss. Dialogues on the uniqueness of Self-Knowledge, the nature of experience, transcendence of states and conditions of the body and the mind,and other spiritual topics. Concludes with a recitation in Sanskrit and English of verses from Mundaka Upanishad and in Tamil from chapter 26 of the Song of Ribhu.
