Initial silence is followed by spiritual instruction on the nature of the Self’s existence and “asparsha.”  Dialogues on Self-inquiry in the midst of sensory experience and other spiritual topics. Concludes with a recitation in Sanskrit and English of verses from Adhyatma Upanishad and in Tamil from chapter 30 of the Song of Ribhu.
