Initial silence is followed by spiritual instruction on Self-Knowledge. Dialogues on spiritual experience, bodiless Existence, Self-knowing Knowledge, and other spiritual topics. Concludes with a recitation in Sanskrit and English of verses from Svatmanirupanam and in Tamil from the Song of Ribhu chapter 4.
