Initial spiritual instruction is given entirely in silence. Dialogues on the Self and the individual, the objectified mind and Self-inquiry, and other spiritual topics. Concludes with a recitation in Sanskrit and English of verses of Kathopanishad and in Tamil from the Song of Ribhu chapter 21.
