Dialogues on the individual, happiness, freedom from the concept of possessions, spiritual practice, freedom from the misidentification as a performer of action, and other spiritual topics. Followed by recitations in Sanskrit and English of verses from the Avadhuta Gita and in Tamil from the Song of Ribhu.
