Initial silence is followed by spiritual instruction on Knowledge that transcends the senses and mind. Dialogues on silence, transcendence of thought, and other spiritual topics. This is followed by a recitation in Sanskrit and English of verses from the Upadesa Sahasri and in Tamil from chapter 27 of the Song of Ribhu.
