Initial silence is followed by spiritual instruction on identity of the Self and the nature of reality. Dialogues on love, grace, “neti neti,” happiness and Self-inquiry, and on other spiritual topics. Concludes with a recitation in Sanskrit and English of verses from the Bhagavad Gita and in Tamil from chapter 41 of the Song of Ribhu.
