Initial silence followed by spiritual instruction on knowledge of the Self. Dialogues on Knowledge and action, being transcendent of the intellect and of the ego, importance of Self-Realization, love and non-duality, and other spiritual topics. Concludes with a recitation in Sanskrit and English of verses from the Advaita-Anubhuti by Adi Sankaracarya and in Tamil from chapter 27 of the Song of Ribhu.
