Initial silence followed by spiritual instruction on the nature of the Existence of the Self. Dialogues on the end and the means, experiential Knowledge, deeper inquiry to know the Self, temporary, superimposition, for whom is karma, and other spiritual topics. Concludes with a recitation in Sanskrit and English of verses from the Brahma-jnana-vali-mala by Adi Sankaracarya and in Tamil from chapter 29 of the Song of Ribhu.
