Initial silence followed by spiritual instruction on the nature of the Self. Dialogues on the removal of tendencies, continuity of Self-inquiry, being beyond thought, questions regarding spiritual practice, and other spiritual topics. Concludes with a recitation in Sanskrit and English of verses from the Yoga Vasishta and in Tamil from chapter 34 of the Song of Ribhu.
