Initial silence is followed by spiritual instruction about seeking Self-Realization. Dialogues about happiness and heaven, seeking and finding, thought and the “I,” illusion and the one Self, and other spiritual topics. Concludes with a recitation in Sanskrit and English of verses from the Tejobindu Upanishad and in Tamil from chapter 20 of the Song of Ribhu.
