Initial silence is followed by spiritual instruction on the Self’s perpetual Existence. Dialogues on happiness, transcendence of sensations, the only Existence, and other spiritual topics. Followed by recitations in Sanskrit and English of verses from the Avadhuta Gita and in Tamil from the Song of Ribhu.
