Initial silence is followed by spiritual instruction on misidentification and the true nature of the Self. Dialogues on Self-inquiry, knowledge, the mind, and other spiritual topics. This is followed by a recitation in Sanskrit and English of verses from the Prashna Upanishad and in Tamil from chapter 21 of the Song of Ribhu.
