Initial silence is followed by spiritual instruction on Self-Knowledge beyond thought. Dialogues about silence, the false assumption of an ego-“I,” and other spiritual topics. Followed by recitations in Sanskrit and English of verses from the Upadesha Sahasri and in Tamil from chapter 11 of the Song of Ribhu.
