Initial silence is followed by spiritual instruction on the difference-less Knowledge of the Self.  A dialogue on freedom from the ego by Self-inquiry and other spiritual topics. Concludes with a recitation in Sanskrit and English of verses from Svatmanirupanam and in Tamil from the Song of Ribhu chapter 5.
