Initial silence is followed by spiritual instruction on the imperishability of the Self. Dialogues on when the teachings started, Knowledge and inquiry, Lord Subrahmanya, seeing all as the Self, and other spiritual topics. Concludes with a recitation in Sanskrit and English of verses from the Ashtavakra Gita and in Tamil from chapter 36 of the Song of Ribhu.
