Initial silence is followed by spiritual instruction on the certainty of Self-Knowledge. Dialogues on Knowledge and purity of the mind, listening and certainty, existence and destruction of ignorance, fear and death, and other spiritual topics. Concludes with a recitation in Sanskrit and English of verses from the Ashtavakra Gita and in Tamil from chapter 36 of the Song of Ribhu.
