Initial silence is followed by spiritual instruction on the Self and Self-Knowledge. Dialogues on yoga and inquiry, the pseudo-self and the real Existence, Self-inquiry and worldly interactions, thoughts and belief, and other spiritual topics. Followed by recitations in Sanskrit and English of verses from the Upadesha Sahasri and in Tamil from chapter 16 of the Song of Ribhu.
