Initial silence is followed by spiritual instruction on the Light of the Self. Dialogues on the power of the teaching, egolessness, striving, and other spiritual topics. Concludes with a recitation in Sanskrit and English of verses from Ashtavakra Gita and in Tamil from chapter 30 of the Song of Ribhu.
