Initial silence is followed by dialogues on the nondual meaning of “pure,” perseverance and happiness, thought and the Self, and other spiritual topics. Concludes with a recitation in Sanskrit and English of verses from the Svetasvatara Upanishad and in Tamil from chapter 13 of the Song of Ribhu.
